Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not be located in Telangana, Orissa, Assam, Sikkim or Nagaland. It is your responsibility to know whether the law where you live permits you to bet, and to stop if it does not. We close any account we find to be in breach of this.

What we provide

We open and service player accounts on third-party betting exchanges. We are not the exchange. The odds, the markets, the settlement of your bets and the rules of play all belong to the platform your ID sits on, and you are bound by that platform's own terms as well as these.

What we do not promise

We make no promise of profit, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Betting carries a real risk of losing the money you stake. Deposit and withdrawal times quoted on this site are what we normally achieve, not a guarantee — bank downtime, platform maintenance and payment-provider delays are outside our control.

Your account

• Keep your username and password to yourself. We are not responsible for activity on an ID whose credentials you shared.
• One person, one identity. Do not open IDs on behalf of someone else or for anyone under 18.
• Tell us promptly if you think your ID has been accessed by someone else.

Deposits and withdrawals

Send funds only using the details our executive gives you in that conversation, and only for that transaction. Details sent by anyone else, or forwarded from an old chat, are not ours. We are not responsible for money sent to an account we did not give you.

We may hold or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or manipulation of a market, and we will tell you when we do.

Closing an account

You can ask us to close your ID at any time and we will settle the balance. We may close an account, without refunding a bonus, if you breach these terms, if you are found to be under 18 or in a restricted state, or if a platform we work with requires it.

If you ask for a self-exclusion we will not reopen an ID for you for the period you set. See responsible gaming.
